Whoever voiced Crull needs to be given a medal. Other than that, the campaign itself is fun even though the story does not make any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense and some missions are glitched (notably the fourth orc mission where it is necessary to restart 4-5 times to actually start with resources)

Works brilliantly as a DnD 3.5 combat simulator and simply battling wave after wave in the arena mode is quite fun by itself. If the adventure mode (campaign) gets more fleshed out this game can easily become an infinitely replayable classic

It's a great game, but their vampiric DLC policy sucks out all your enjoyment and life energy. Bundle a reasonably priced "complete edition" already...

I've spent 10 minutes to figure out that this is just a glorified DEMO with multiplayer enabled. Apparently you need to buy "Core Game DLC" (LOL) to play the single player campaign. What a sham. I think I got the key for this for free back in the day, and now it cost me my 10 minutes. Was it so hard to put a "STRIPPED-OUT EDITION" on the title? I guess it was.
