Spent $30, downloaded and installed. Played for about 5 minutes and immediately requested a refund. I’m sure the gameplay is gonna be stellar. But all that adventuring and hacking and slashing with complete, utter ignorance to any immersion by the devs. Never got into POE1 for the same reason: gender locked, appearance locked classes. They claim, “it doesn’t matter armor is gonna cover your character up”. But there will be a cosmetic shop with micro transactions. Explain to me how that logic lines up? It doesn’t. It’s nearly 2025 and I should be able to change my character’s appearance and gender. I won’t touch this game, and sadly ARPG’s are my favorite genre of game.
