I understand that there's been some frustrations about my leadership and how the raid is run. Let me take a moment to explain. For a lot of you that haven't played TBC, you have to realize that these "group comps" that some of the class discords suggest simply don't matter. I really don't appreciate being called a "monka" or whatever that's supposed to mean for something as simple as putting the shadowpriest in the warlock group. The officer and I agreed that if warlocks could tap less, healing wouldn't be an issue. With that in mind, I'm not spending an extra 10mins of my raid night making swaps for people that feel like they want a buff. That won't help us kill the boss. Us not killing Brutallus is not correlated with me making a "melee group". Each healer is in a group for a reason, if you didn't get windfury this week maybe next week you will. Going forward I'd expect that you dismiss these "class discords" and just enjoy the game. We shouldn't need to even discuss moving the shadowpriest, this content was made 15 years ago

odd groups go to left. even groups go to right that means, 1, 3, 5, 7 left. 2, 4, 6, 8, right. 7 & 8 are welp groups.
