Worth it for any serious fan of the franchise with a high end gaming rig.

Great game.

Pretty good sequel to the first.

My main complaint is that some bosses are very annoying. They run away, spawn endless waves of minions right in view of the camera, then heal back to full. This "strategy" doesn't make it any more difficult, nor does it add anything to the gameplay, it just irritates people, and makes the game feel cheap. This spawning of enemies right on camera (no even from doors/buildings) is just sad; it breaks the immersion. Physx also performs absolutely terribly.

Fun but highly unbalanced. Whoever gets an assault rifle first is basically guaranteed to kill anyone around him, you might as well restart if you don't. Maps are also far too large for how fast the area shrinks. I spend 95% of my time running to the new play areas, this isn't exactly battle-royale.

Do I recommend it? Only if you can manage a get an assault rifle within 20 seconds of your drop every time.

To sum up: Too few weapons, too few modes of transport for this game the way it is. It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to wait 2 minutes every time you die to rejoin the action, especially when the lobbies are filled in seconds.

Still somehow addicting in the few instances you don't get killed 20 seconds in, or die running in a bee-line for the center. Should have called it Player Unkown's Wait Lobby...

Some o0f the controls do not work for no explicablke reason, such as the inability to zoom with scopes, no matter what keys youi have it set to.

Free to play event is a scam. None of my friends can download or play it without buying the ultimate edition. Will not play again.
