It was a modlist issue. A mod called "Kleoms Colorful Ships" (which changes ship textures to be more colorful) appears to cause an error when combined with this mod. I have removed it.

I successfully verified the integrity of the game files, however the bug persists. Additionally, mass drivers on the Cybernetic shipset have no model, and Neutron Launchers have no model on the Syntehtic shipset except for as G-slot weapons.
I suspect it is a modlist issue. I will investigate.

@Paprus, Teutonic Knight I cant replicate this. Verify your files. This is probs a missing file on your end.

To clarify, the 40mm plasma rifle has no model on the Synthetic shipset. I do not know if this glitch exists on other shipsets.
