I also hate powerups, especially since they're timed and farmed for kills and completely modify the issue of the game - so I do prefer to play without.
If the choice is given, I'd remove any sort of powerup. x°

Edit. -----> Quad damage sucks same as serious damage. The worst thing in Quake Live.
Sad because it's not big deal for all players, exept me, heh.

Honestly, game is great. No ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and ban for nothing. Servers rules, 35 ping on polish serv, 65 ping on rest servers, superb result. Small lags, true damage. Impossible on SS servers.
