once it arrived I set it all up and launched the Steam VR Home. I was ready to be transported to a beautiful world of pancakes and IKEA products. I pointed my controller in the direction of the app and felt my finger slowly squeeze down on the trigger.
The app launched and I held my breath. I watched the loading bars in anticipation. I could smell the scent of those delicious buttery store-made pancakes even though I was not actually smelling delicious buttery store-made pancakes, I was just using descriptive language to make the story more intense
I watched.
I waited.
Minutes passed. The application had yet to load. It felt like days had gone by since I launched the game and yet nothing had happened.
There I stood for hours waiting, hoping that something would change. But alas, there was no hope. The application would not load. My dream was dead.
