An exelent Vertical shooter that no schump fan should miss. apart of the good graphics, music and great controls this game COMPLETE FREEDOM in the level!

that's right, in here you are not forced to go right all the time. you can turn around and start going left, just with a simple press of the space bar.
this awesome rare feature allows for really cool manuevers and to be able to circle-strafe large enemies without being hit.
it also adds a very good challange since quite a few enemies are built around this feature, and will come from behind, be invurneble from the front and have devastating attacks only dodgeble by circling around them.

and to add to all that, there are 4 selectble ships, each with its unique weapon, super weapon and powerups, that allow 4 different playthroughs, althogh, to be fair, the first ship - the Dart, is obviously the best one, making the other ships look fairly weak in comparison, that is a little shame.

but other than that, the game is brilliant. 9/10 GET IT

unless you love farmville, this game is terrible.

it is nothing like the original stronghold games. at first it hooks you with the the original games' music and and visuals but very cleary you realize it is an empty lifeless shell what a great game it used to be.

no real time strategy at all, all the fights are 100% automatic and you do not control any of your millitary units unless you use special cards during the battle.

buildings take a very long time to construct and managing your population is not existant since they never come under danger and you dont need to bother about carefull plannig because the terrain never changes, distance from the stockpile doesn't matter, and you population only grows according to how many buildings you have.

if you expected some MMO about the stronghold games, you will be severly disappointed

in this game you will argue, fight, insult and scream at other players while also coming up with new swear words and confront kids butchering the englisgh language

great rage simulator 5/5 i reccomend

incredibly creative game, so many possiblities. using magic has never been so exciting. its colorful and beutiful and the humor is definently an incredible touch

this game is cheap and will bring loads of fun hours, even better if you play with friends. it's brilliant.

while it is an amazing FPS game with loads of cool items enemies and levels, i cannot recommend this game.

ID software put no effort into porting this game into modern PC's and as a result it's ridden with bugs, crashes doesn't have music and the screen will just turn spastic from time to time.

if you want this game, get it off GOG or other old game site, do not buy this game here.

a great game in all aspects.

loads of cool weapons and vehicles to use. lots of cool missions to complete. fully destructible enviroment adds A LOT. you can make your own entrances and remove cover from the enemy or even bring a whole building down on them

the salvage system is awesome as well, it's money you get exclusivly by destryoing stuff. so hunting for it can be both challanhing and fun.

and after you've beaten this awesome game once you have INSANE DIFFUCLTY which makes replaying the game so much more challanging and interesting. i definetly reccomend.

an awsome startegy game in all asppects. it's single player is really fun and is faced pased.
the multiplayer is intense and has a lot of tactics. you'll need to carefully manage every single squad you have. there will never be a simple "amass lots of units of one type and crush the opponent"
the grahpics and physics engine add a lot to the experience.

what's great about this game as well is that you can fully enjoy it even if you have it's expansion packs. each has their own uniqe campeign and gameplay mechanic.

it is very satisfying in singleplayer to lead and coordinate your 4 squads of cyborg heroes to destroy armies of alien scum, setting up your squads to cover each other right and fight the enemy from the right angle can be challanging but very rewarding.
managing your special items that you have collected in each misson to power up your squads to their fullest potential is also great.

the multiplayer is just as good, instead of the old fashion base building game you mainly only control units.
instead of crushin the opponent's base you need to secure victory points and hold them long enough.
counter each opponents units that he sends against you and learn to quickly adapt to the situation, because it will constantly change.
upgrading your units in the heat of battle and deploying all of their awesome abilities makes the multiplayer frantic, chaotic but stratigic and smart none the less

a must have for either WH40K, RTS or even RPG fans...

a great survival FPS. it is very realistic and lets you have complete freedom over you actions, the graphics might be oudated but are still very nice and don't get in the way.
the atmosphere is dark and eerie and the action is intense and tactical.

also the game is very realistic so it adds a lot to the experience.
the game is also pretty cheap. if you like free realistic FPS with an egaging stroy and intense action, this one is for you! don't hesitate, it's worth every penny!

this game, without any doubt is the best World war II experiene you will ever have!
the campegin is superb with you fighting as the Americans in the pacific front aginast the japanese and the Russians invading berlin to defeat nazi germany once and for all.
it's intence, it's fun as hell, the action is none-stop the voice acting is some of the best i ever heard in a game and just plain fun to listen to, the realism makes this game so much more fun to play.

Valve is letting this game to rot.

i'v already accepted there won't be any new content. but why aren't they fixing game breaking issues???

why is nothing done against the bots???

why are they instead taking down fan projects??
