This game hits good in all the right spots for me.

I loved everything about it. Masterpiece.
Got it on sale for almost free.

Game has a touch of old-school hard in the sense there are no checkpoints but also quality of life in the sense of it saves as you quit so you can drop in and drop out very easy.

Game is hard physically but also mentally and that is a unique challenge.

I think, taken seriously, this game will make you a better Receiver in life as well.

Bad UI, unexplained game mechanics, poorly made text-based cutscenes (they just feel like audios is missing out).

Game is hard. AI is brutal. AI is relentless. AI is also cheese (cheating).

From my perspective the game advertised more than is currently in the game, I bought it thinking that dedicated servers and PVP and some other features were in. They aren't.

I still enjoy it playing with friends. Friends that are at least somewhat geographically close to me.
You can only play with friends or public lobbies (or solo with AI teammates) and are severly handicapped by ping limits. You also can't expect to reliably play with friends in a public lobby.
You will have connectivity issues with some hosts, because player hosting isn't that great. But when it works, its great.

But what the game does already have in its current state is great, just not for this price. I'd suggest waiting for a sale. Terribly overpriced (also a DLC in early access.. what?)
