My year has been full of ups and downs, especially a bit rocky at the start, but it's what you make of it, either you can allow it to bring you down and keep you there, or you can decide to say "𝗳𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝘁", take control of the situation and rise above your circumstances and come out bigger, better and stronger than before in a mental, emotional and physical capacity. Everyone has that choice and power to do it, even if you feel like you don't.
