Same old story, lack of servers, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ launch, the whole premise of a new game on release is playing it, this server issue crap is a huge turn off, you kill the hype in the moment, by the time the servers are working properly the hype is gone and half the playerbase moved on due to ♥♥♥♥ launch, i dont understand why companies dont "Temporarily" rent way more servers to prevent this utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Can't recommend, can't support rubbish, getting refund, bye.

An honest review after completing the main story line.

So as many of you, i was truly waiting for this game forever, i think 8 years now? Now that i finally got my hands on it, completed the main story i can give an honest opinion on my thoughts.

Is the game any good? Sure, it's great, fantastic in many ways but it also has so many flaws that just pain me to see.
So what's the good? Well the graphics are great, even though optimization isn't wonderful, the atmosphere is also top notch as is the characters. The story is engaging and keeps you interested long enough to not want to take a break.
All this being said without giving away too much spoilers and such i'll just cut to the bad, and oh boy there's a lot of bad.
Firstly, you get to customize your character at the start, the options are decent but way bellow what i was expecting from such a big named game with the hype it had. Black desert online took character creation to the next level, that game came out how many years back 4? Still there is enough customization to warrant it as being acceptable.
The whole premise of making your character look a certain way to suit your needs is however an absolute pointless task, you never get to see your actual character in cut scenes bar the two options at the end and when you open your inventory. All video clip scenes during the story are in first person mode which really blew my mind, like i have seen completely trash games manage to have an outsiders perspective during a cut scene but not in cyberpunk.
Then there's the fact you cannot change anything about your characters physical appearance once you start the actual game. No barber shops, no plastic surgeons i mean, completely lazy for a game made in this day and age with the hype build around it not to mention the money put into the project.

Then we have the glitches, and there is a lot, like a lot a lot.
No vehicle customization, vehicles handle real bad, like really bad. It's as if the people who made this game never played gta, i mean seriously?
Next thing i disliked a lot was the forced linear story mode, i mean you get several options to pick from during scenes but ultimately they all lead you back to the main option, so no, forget branching out and picking your own path, this is as linear as it gets folks, again 2020 and we are playing an rpg that's as linear as can be, very lazy.
There is many other things about this game i absolutely cannot understand how they came up with there decisions, I'm a nobody gamer with no game design experience yet they could easily have hired me and i'd have made this game 1000 better with obvious suggestions most gamers would of agreed upon.

Not to go on about the negatives it comes down to this, was i robbed of 60 bucks? No not really, the game is worth the 60 bucks but and i say but, from a company which has produced very solid games in the past, the hype behind cyberpunk and the length of time they had to produce something special, did they reach this goal? No not even close, it left a bitter taste after finishing the story, even once completed going back and continuing on is absolutely pointless, i'd rather not say why due to spoilers but ye. Personally, if i had known what i was buying into, i would have saved my 60 bucks purely to avoid my disappointment to begin with.

I expected better, a lot better, i expected a game to make deus ex look like a joke, but alas, if deus ex is a 10/10 this game gets a 6. If you are wondering should you buy this game id say it comes down to 1 thing. Did you have high expectations for the last 8 years or you simply just wanting to get a new game to play, if it's the later sure knock yourself out, if it's the first option, do yourself a favor and don't bother, it will only let you down.

A must have game for anyone who consider's themselves a true gamer. One of the best games i ever played period.

This game is very fun and while i would love to give it a positive review and say it's well worth it's 60 euro's i have to say for now it isn't worth 30 euro let alone 60.
The major issue plauging this game is the MW1 Error which basically prevents people playing with others, so in turn you are stuck playing the game solo. Now while some people are absolutely fine with this a lot of us are not and would like to play with friends etc.
The fact Capcom have had this issue on ps4 over a year ago yet when you read steam forums people are defending the game claiming it's a steam server issue etc, no it's not, this issue exsisted over a year back on ps4.
In a nutshell, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port from console, company makes no effort to fix said issue above and far too many people white knighting the game just because the actual game itself is decent.
Don't buy until server connection issue is fixed, trust me, you will thank me later.

Horrible game, been waiting over 3 years for this to release, they had ample time to get the server's somewhat decent and yet it's 100% unplayable, joined discord expressed my anger and all i got was fanboy's defending it without question, ontop of that i got banned from there discord for speaking the truth in a constructive way, nice team, "we are only 5 people" is a stupid excuse for a game being unplayable, there is plenty of indy games with greater numbers at launch that run smooth.

I was expecting bugs, i was expecting issues, thats part of the pre alpha sign up, what i wasn't expecting was cardboard servers that allow someone to be in game for no longer then 3 minutes tops. Do not buy this game, it's utter trash right now and nowhere near worth playing, ontop of everything else, the game on "high" not ultra on a 1080ti runs my gpu 20 degree's more then any other game i have ever played, not to mention the graphics are meh at best, avoid 100% you will thank me later.
