This game is still a showcase of it's core mechanics. It's core offers good gameplay. Can't wait for more features to be implemented.

Did the whole playthrough with a friend to really get the most out of the coop features. The game allows you to combine spells and skills to create new (adverse) effects. A waterspell on a patch of fire will create steam. The steam will conduct electricity, so a lightning spell will stunn all the characters in the cloud.
The conversations are also well written and there is a lot of humor in the game. The character building is well done, abilities really add a different way of playing to your character. The artwork and engine are also nice. I have actually few complaints about this game.
If you like RPGs you will love this one.

Steep learning curve but well worth the time invested. Fun to play with and against friends. But it if you like hardcore strategy with a lot of real world units.

This game is a timeless experience for me. I started playing it as a teenager, not really knowing what was what. Now that i am an old fart the enhanced edition still offered me hours of fun. The balance between combat and dialog is spot on. The game can be a challenging as you like it to be. Going full party or solo, cheesy or roleplay. All in all a good game certainly worth the few bucks it costs nowadays if you are into RPGs,

A good follow-up on a long line of good games. Very immersive, good faction diversity. The expansions are also note worthy as they provide some interesting game mechanics and yet another layer to this game.
