Best game forever.

So I've been watching some reviews and been aware of this game for some time. The idea is good, open world zombie biker gang safehouse stuff. Sounds cool right? Thats because it is.

PROBLEMS?

SURE

The game has a sub-par storyline with lazily written dialogue that most of the time just doesnt make sense. You leave a character in a tower and he calls your radio 1 min later saying "Hey, just wanted to see how you were doing" and starts a meaningless conversation. You bring medicine to that character and he freaks out saying "NO I DONT WANNA GET BETTER". Thats just one example but it goes on, forever. I havent had one meaningful conversation in this entire 18 hour playthrough.

The world isnt that great either, I havent encountered bugs but there are a lot of things that could have been much better. Like characters talking to you with their backs turned, characters leaving the conversation going the opposite way they are verbally saying they will go, you going the opposite way of where you should be going, all cutscenes. It just doesnt make any sense. The awareness of the enemies isnt that great either, they act like they are blind most of the time.

There's just a lot of things that suck iMO, but what is really dissappointing is the story and dialogue, just horrible, lazy crap.

GOOD THINGS:
You ride around with your motorcycle killing zombies, wildlife, gathering plants, enjoying the scenery which looks ok btw, and you clear areas of zombies so you can fast travel between them. There's always a sense of danger and I could never relax when outside of a camp.

Wasted opportunity, big time. I also see some simmilarities with RDR2, they stole some ideas but it doesnt come close to the masterpiece that game is. Also saw people talking online about it, saying RDR2 does not compare to this gem of a game (WHAT?).

Do yourself a favor and buy it if you see it on sale for 0.99, otherwise its just something to get pissed off at.

Paid 16.5 euros, imagine paying full price. LOL

My childhood game, played for almost 12 years. What a one off incredible game changer for every FPS player.
