Tried Steam on Linux... might worth it if you are very experienced. Otherwise, i fumbled around in forums troubleshooting, hints how to install VGA driver, openGL, etc. Steam ended up buggy, games very slow, and at one point it just uninstalled its 20GB content without warning.
