Elroy and the aliens got a lot of goofy humour and references to games and movies, especially one of my childhood classics "Back to the future. I really enjoyed this point and click adventure game and consider it one of the best in resent years. But it's not an instant classic..hmm no, but it's not far away either.

Music & sound effect is great. graphics very pleasing to the eye. characters and Voice acting is just dandy. Story is engaging and emotional often at times.

The puzzles, variety and level of difficulty, overall great. I just felt at times that tasks and challenges was too easy and I wished the development team could have invested more into specific locations. On the other hand .. there are quite a few very memorable places and obstacles in this amazing game. I loved the theater location and everything revolving the robotic stage whisperer 'Chauncey', spoiler bla bla bla... bla bla & bla bla bla bla and i laughed hard and long when the protagonist encountered 'Charlie', the tin foil hat man with his rather dark and forboding take on reality and the government, probably more right than wrong but I'm an obedient worker bee that follows orders to the teeth so my MK ultra brain says, nei!

I wholeheartedly recommend this game.
the price is fair. The amount of hours put in, 14+ is a little bit short.

you should buy, especially when on sale!

This is my take on the game:

Bad:
- Pretty Easy and straight forward learning curve at first that slowly morph into harder and harder difficulty until it just becomes brutal.
- Enemy waves after waves and they heal and my squad misses easy shots after shots even though i have 100 % accuracy or more. weird!
- I didn't use much of the cover system as maybe intended. Many times it felt like it didn't matter. Plus I had a hard time finding full cover on the map anyway so often i just went with a run-and-gun approach.
- the scav material and resources are not balanced enough. This turns especially sour towards the endgame finale when ammo totally depleted.
- The cut scene at the end could have been made by an infant. Very uninspiring.

Good:
+ A great Xcom/Miasma style and feel of the game with it's own beating heart.
+ great graphics and details.
+ Music and sound effects slightly above par. Pretty good imo.
+ A variety of monsters, side quests, lore keeps it interesting all the way.
+ Good / fairly good voice acting.
+ Enhancement gems was neatly implemented.
+ Loot was scares indeed but the things you could obtain was cool all and all.
+ not many bugs and glitches encountered if any..?!
+ you get a whole lot of bang for your bucks. play through around 35-40 hours. it's not bad for the price tag.

I recommend.. but on 30-50% sale. Do not have the highest of expectations!

Har lite svårt för mustiga textbaserade spel överlag men detta är ett svåröverträffat peka klicka RPG som lägger ribban högt.
Klassikernas klassiker.
Ett måste i samlingen om du gillar karaktärsutveckling, psykologisk krigföring och att ställas inför svåra moraliska dilemman.

Jag tycker att Truberbrook förtjänar mer exponering.
Kul kvantfysik-historia. Fick BTTF och Doc's space time continium- feeling när jag spelade spelet.
Skön humor och magnifik handarbetad kuliss. Imponerande!
Det är kanske ingen klassiker.. inte riktigt men nära på..

7 timmar tog det för mig att spela klart vilket är lite kort speltid för penningen.
Ser du det på rea så rekommenderar jag starkt!

A flop. I had such high hopes... really sad.
The graphics ain't bad at all. Initially everything is great. The story kicks off strong and I really loved the bleak and foreboding setting. Chilling! But somewhere in the middle the story becomes meager and irrelevant. Almost absurd. The writing seems sloppy and uninspiring. The end is unsatisfying.

I really wanted to like Saint Kotar - the yellow mask.

The journey down, chapter 1-3, är en fantastisk Rastafari-trip.
Har allt som man kan önska sig.
Om jag ska klaga på något så kanske man skulle kunna begära lite mer av det som redan är bra och fler klurigheter / pussel.

Men det här är en klassiker! Fantastisk musik, fantastiska karaktärer och dialoger. Härlig feel good-humor. Grafiken top notch! En Oemotståndlig pärla som verkar gått många peka klicka entusiaster obemärkt förbi.

Jag är en sucker för postapokalyptiska spel med hjärna och hjärta.
Hade stor behållning av titeln ifråga och rekommenderar till alla som gillar peka klickspel med en lite dyster / mörk ton rakt igenom.

trevligt förpackat rent grafikmässigt.
Användarvänlig UI.
Bra blandad svårighetsgrad på pusslen från lätt till rejält hjärngrubbel.
Historien är engagerande.

Jag kan intet annat än rekommendera.

En titel som liksom bara dök upp sådär utan förvarning och som imponerade på mig. Spelet har en smått kuslig nerv och angenäm anspänning. Fin grafik, utmärkt interface, bra musik och ljudeffekter. Älskar mystik och detektivspel. Kommer hålla ögonen öppna på vad utvecklarna "White paper games" levererar framöver!
