In my opinion this is the competitive shooter of our generation, well balanced guns (save for the Negev I'll get to that later), very well made maps that are easy to get used to but hard to master. Teamwork is essential if you want to succeed, sometimes this is hard when you play with randoms but usually the community is very helpful, and more than happy to coopereate. There are minor issues with hackers as you approach the higher ranks but Valve is handling the issues as they come. Now for the balance issues that do exist, the Negev is too cheap, and too effective for it's price. Nearing the price of an SMG: the Negev is a no brainer to purchase once you know how it works, and for the accuracy and damage it has it makes no sense to be priced so cheaply. It was supposed to be a temporary change but it's been nearly a year since the change and with no further changes in sight it doesn't seem likely soon. A must have for any steam owners as it goes on sale fairly often.
