This game is the most unpolished, bug filled game I've ever played. Very little content, and what is there is sub-par.

It feels like they carefully designed this game to be as little fun as possible. One of the worst progression systems I have ever seen forcing you to do challenges and play the most boring gamemodes over and over. There is rarely an incentive to play well. SBMM with heavy lag consistently. Breaking up lobbies after every game. Very few maps and most of them are bad. Seasons with barely any content. You need to pay for cosmetics through battlepass instead of challenges, most games do it this way, but that doesnt make it right, there is no fun or skill in unlocking things.

I'm sure some of these bad decisions (SBMM, no lobbies, monetization, battlepass, seasons) are made by higher ups and not by the devs themselves, regardless the experience is much worse because of them.

Great game with tight controls and fun stages.

Another great entry to the Shantae franchise. Beautiful soundtrack with stunning visuals, by far the best of the series. Definitely worth your money.

One of my alltime favorite games. Great story and a endless community levels to keep you coming back.

Only for those who want to experience the feeling of crippling depression.
