Been following this game since beta. Loved every weekend and played tirelessly! (will admit this was not good for health) but it was that much fun!. Over the the initial release there were quite a few rough patches with optimizations missing and lots of QoL patches over time as well as balancing. I will admit, this game excited me precisely because it was brutal and unforgiving and required a team to really thrive. Have gotten much joy out of this beautiful game and am so excited at the potentials of the world itself. I can't be the only one to admit how much fun this game has brought, given all the thrills and difficulties that came with it as well as the urgency and panic at times - loved it all. Sincerely hope, anyone reading this will give this masterpiece of an idea the chance it needs to realize its potentials. Thank you dev's, no matter what you have made a permanent impression on my gaming life. Keep it coming!

This is an excellent game to play with friends or even alone for story if you have a love for any of the old table top games or just want to try something right out of a fantasy novel. There is a rich world with a lot of lore and connecting reveals if you chase them up, or you could just plod along to the tune of your own drum and find your own type of adventure style. Best of all it can be picked up again and again as you wish or even restarted from scratch for the hell of it to try other new things. It's a game that greatly rewards ingenuity so make sure to try as many "silly" things as you like. Oh and remember the uh... quick save button.

Resident Evil 7: Simply an amazing modern revival of the cult classic masterpieces. An excellent blend of all the fine elements of surprise, thrills and chills, frightful visuals, terrifying soundscapes, brilliant narrative, and excellent tie into the series. So grateful that great games that are more than just "visually stunning" and "easy to play" are still being made. You have all outdone yourselves RE7 Team, Capcom and all the affiliate Studios that made it possible to bring awesome back! Thank you! RE7 - 2017

Dear Developers,
Sadly I did not read the reviews but was most thankful to read them after winning the game. You who are die hard players have written everything I could have felt and wanted to say. What I would like to add however, is that we can only hope the Dev's are reading this and listen to the people who knew legendary, artful, masterpiece games. FF is and was always held in the hall of fame of JRPG's, remember the formulas that work, need proof? look at the reactions the ff7 reboot is getting. I am not alone when I say this, we urge you developers to come up with something more beautiful than pretty graphics and tacky battle systems with endless one dimensional gameplay, do your creative souls not cry tears of blood when they hear they have been bested by horrible 2D and 3D boxy polygonal characters, and great gameplay with memorable story that haunt us till today? How is it one can remember what materia and juctioning is but nothing significant of a game one has just played? You guys have an awesome budget and great team, a beautiful history and legacy, make it happen. Please, passion is key.

This is a game that is not just for it's fan's but also for fresh blood alike. Amazing game in terms of an FPS experience, just the right amount of urgency, raw firepower and skill are needed to wrangle with this wild horse. A polished, simple and enjoyable skill intensive shooter. Although it is supposed to be aimed somewhat at horror, it falls short. The melee class has been hurt severely from the original game, more so that what I would call balancing, not to mention a crappy final weapon. The AI for the mobs could use a little more work on pathfinding and player target promotion. It however more than delivers on a 'bloody' good time when gore settings are at maximum. The handling is amazing, as is expected of the Unreal engine, smooth and precise. The game has become so beautiful that it's scare factor is all but gone, perhaps more creative future maps and game play modes will address this as the genre intended. Top marks for this game (and it's still incomplete). Keep it up Tripwire!

This game is astoundingly simple, yet complex and amazingly fun despite what one may percieve as repetitive, one can never kill the same way twice nor die less entertainingly. A true Masterpiece, the developers have more than outdone themselves!
