CA game development and DLC policy is awful, they hardly fix anything. Right now the game is unchallenging without mods, and AI blatantly cheats. In reality the difference between WH II and III is small. Certain game mechanics like minor settlement siege battles are not fun and rather than making them fun or intuitive, CA rips this feature out (each time you take a settlement it downgrades it eliminating minor settlement battles), which was one of their selling points to begin with. If this is the engine problem that it takes a long time to implement or design features, it's not worth it.

Unless CA change, I don't think it is worth it to fund CA.

This game is really worth the price, I highly recommend it. Playing all the different endings has been really fun, I still got another 4 to unlock, but so far it has been really good.
