I'm assuming you have wifi at your apt, right? I'm having problems with my own network, and I've narrowed it down to outside interference.... Could you tell me the name of your router, whether it's dual band or not. And what channels ur using? Since you guys are the nearest to us. If I can stop interference on my end it would naturally remove any on your end too.
