I haven't reviewed a game before, that's not to say I haven't wanted to or that games don't deserve it. However I was motivated by the current 'mixed' rating on the game. I am motivated because I firmly believe that both the game and the developers desire more recognition. I didn't follow the game through development but I have been impressed with the constant updates since the games release. The game has received at minimum an update a day focusing on the reports nad feedback from the community, personally I think that is an amazing comitment and achievement by the developers.

There is also a lot of negativity in other reports based upon the 'grinding' in the game. I have found the game extremely enjoyable, mechanics fine and the storyline whilst doesn't seem to have grand depths yet is covered with humour and enough to keep me intrigued between my timber, stone and ore gathering forays. If you want to cut down two trees and be done with logging this game isn't for you, but that doesn't mean it deserves negative responses. You're a graveyard keeper in a world of medival science, there are no huge short cuts, you can not simply research a logging company to come do it for you. However the grind has it's own rewards in my opinion and I look forward to the continued support by the developers and putting many more hours into it.
