It's definitely early access with all that implies but what is here is pretty fun and I look forward to seeing the dev build on it.

It's really coming together now. I think that there is a good amount of content and the game is a fun and unique concept that works.

This is the time limited demo from next fest. It is limited to 8 days and doesn't have saving included as a function so you have to play it all at once but it's totally free and pretty fun.

Terra Nil is a very relaxed, casual game. Fairly short with 8 maps split across 4 biomes that each take roughly a half hour to 45 minutes each if you take it slow like I did. I think there is some procedural generation in the maps to make each one slightly different but I'm not sure. There is only one resource to manage and the challenges are simple combinations of temperature, humidity, pollution and (for one biome) radiation. Despite completing the "campaign" which is just the maps I find myself drawn back to it to play the settings again and again if only because it is a relaxing and pretty game. if you can grab it on a sale I'd recommend it to someone looking for a quick, simple, pretty puzzle/strategy game.

This game has rapidly turned into one of my favorites and I have lost track of time several times over the last few days getting into it. The early access tag shouldn't deter you, it is fully playable and very fun even now.

I can see there is a good game in there somewhere but with the bugs and crashes and nonsense I've seen in my short playtime, not to mention the messy UI and design issues once you actually get a game going, I'd recommend a wait for improvements. As an aside OMG the war mechanic is so bad.

Horribly shallow and painfully lacking in fun. You're more at the mercy of RNG than the game wants to admit and you'll end up doing the same moves every game basically just waiting for the game to decide to give you the win. Your leisure time is best spent elsewhere.

There are some rough edges here but by and large it is a fun game.

Not fun, at best a basic puzzle game and at worst a frustrating mess. Recommend a pass.

Good game, get mods.
