This was such a pleasure to play through! It is the perfect blend of mind boggling mysteries that will keep you up at night until you solve them, and genuine character interactions that sincerely brought tears to my eyes a couple of times. It did feel really confusing in the beginning but it was worth it. Like a horribly tangled ball of yawn, the slow unravelling of secrets is so thoroughly satisfying (especially when you start to figure stuff out on your own). You absolutely must play through all of the routes to completely understand the story (this will make more sense as you play and is a beautiful game design mechanic btw). I'm normally someone who wants more choices than this with my visual novels, but I never felt railroaded into decisions by the narrative and the story is so well written and engaging that I started to not notice the long sections of dialogue without interactions. Also, I never had any trouble reaching the endings on my own, I was only ever stuck trying to unlock one or two of the endings but everything else felt so natural (especially with the drive to learn as much as possible). Unlike other visual novels where the desire to find other endings is usually driving out of wanting to 100% or interest in one or two other paths, this game had me going through loop after loop, just so that I could read ever scrap of text, achievements be damned lol.

Overall, I want more!!! I especially want some sort of sequel with the "Secret Ending" (maybe a cameo in a future game?) but this was also such a well done game with a tight story that I understand if the creator wants to leave it at that. This is absolutely a developer to watch, looking forward to whatever comes next!
