This is a true adaptation of the tabletop card game. In the card game there are many modifiers to keep track of, so having a digital game keep track of all the craziness is quite helpful. If you have ever played the tabletop version, then you know that the rules are not very expansive and leave to player interpretation the plethora of mechanics that the game has. This version allows you to see how the rules should play out in those circumstances.

Sentinels is a Interesting and unique cooperative card game to play with friends via steam remote play together.

Very good card game, but has some tedium to its core gameplay loop.

TLDR: City builder fans will like the it, but it is an indie game and therefore bugs.

The game is a rougelike city builder. The core mechanic is running your primary unit to locations on the map to gain tech. Every time you get a new tech you need to choose between 3 different options with different requirements. In order to survive, you need to choose techs that you have resources for or can build with the resources you have. The objective is to construct large monuments with varying resources while combating other civs. Each civ races for tech and there is only so much tech on the map.

I really ejoy this game. Each new location you unlock forces you to use different tech and try new options. The game is a bit easy, but alot of fun to figure out. That said, I have run into many bugs. Sometimes your units run into areas you don't expect (like the enemy base), get stuck on terrain (ladders don't seem to work), things don't like water (buildings on water and units that move on water either cant get built or get stuck), and general bugginess (I have completed one set of missions 3 times and the game does not recognize it). All in all its a quite unique concept, and I fully support and enjoy it.

I like the game. It's an interesting take on a colony builder. There is an element of colony defense ie: rimworld, but most of the focus of the game consists of fulfilling objectives that are often offence focused. Many objectives will allow you to assemble a group of 6 or less and send them out to attack/conquer territory. I like the game, but currently it crashes when I try to reload a game, when it transitions to night, and when I dispatch a resupply ship. The gameplay is solid and the developer seems to be responding to community feedback quickly. I recommend.

Open world souls like done right. Its very good and very hard.

Top notch tower defense game. Graphics are great and the progression feels good.

Nemesis system is quite fun. Hope they build on it.

In my opinion, one of the best colony sims out there. You need the wiki or help from youtube, but the game is extremely satisfying when you get it right.

I first played this when it was released, but the live action combat made it feel uncontrollable. Now with the addition of turn based combat, the game became much more fun. Great game.

A fun, but short cooperative puzzler. Completed in about 5 hours.
