Free2Play, didn't use outside currency to boost my character. Okay I did put 10 bucks for the easy 2600 Crystals.

You need to buy Payla's costume at the stronghold with 350 crystals, which you can earn in-game anyways, to craft fusion material easier and cheaper. It adds -2% gold cost and +4% great success chance, which doubles the amount of fusion material crafted, and that's needed for upgrading your item level at Tier 2 and Tier 3.

Deadeye is my main, Arcanist is dope, Gunlancer is a chad tank, but the grind to improve levels is bad at NA release- designed to waste your time!! TO PAY AND SWIPE SWIPE YOUR CC

I don't think I would have gotten far if I didn't no-life, 6 hour session, FOLLOWING A GUIDE!!! (amazing resource at maxrollgg) and reached the current update [Arcanist Patch w/ Inferno Mode], if I didn't hoard all the FREE items I got since NA RELEASE (feb 2022) of the game for more efficiency, and getting lucky on LEGENDARY BOOKS that sell for 3k-9k GOLD on chaos legion raids every other day.

Thankfully, Arcanist Patch buffed honing chance and eliminated the cost on Tier 1 and Tier 2 leveling. On Tier 3, you're on your own, and you will burn through your wallet if you refuse to add funds using your credit card.

The game is really good. You just won't get everything and be powerful because it is a massive grind for F2P, and only when your main advances every half-tier from 1 to 3, the game will give you free powerpasses for alternate characters to boost them through every act (Vern, Rohendel, Yorn, Feiton, Punika). Another way to boost them is to pay to skip the story with in-game gold, but you still have to play the game and farm resources from Tier 1 to level up. And now you can pay to skip from a fresh account- Its only $55 from Level 0 actually so if you want to get in and play, great!

If you don't want to pay there's a long story until level 50 you go through and that's a slog, everyone mashes G through all dialogue, don't bother watching cutscenes, some are better than others but you just steamroll through the beginning of your journey as you learn your attacks and actions. There's an ocean with different islands and continents to sail to and the islands are all full of extra content you CAN'T boost through. These are needed to strengthen your entire roster account.

Until you get to North Vern and start Tier 1 at Level 50, congrats! You've unlocked the entire game. And its a lot different than what you were playing before!

The game is designed to waste your time, and that is why I go out of my way to let people know the efficient strats and secrets to make this game easier, because at later raids, if you're not overleveled even slightly, raids can be very hard to almost impossible due to not enough strength.

(ALSO BUGS LIKE IF YOU USE THE CURRENT HYPER EXPRESS EVENT ON ONE CHARACTER AND BOOST ONE TO MAX, YOU CAN STILL SWAP IT TO ANOTHER CHARACTER THATS AT LEVEL AND GIVE THEM THE HONING BUFF AND COST DOWN!!!!! PLEASE SPREAD THIS TO HAVE THREE TIER 3 CHARS!!!)

I love the game but I have no life and don't recommend it.

Brought to you in Full HD by Cygames, this game has 4K resolution support with a "VR Mode", allowing full functionality with any personal VR Headset listed. (the headset visor is fully supported, but not any vr controllers with your unit. Use an controller or Mouse+Keyboard)

Anyone should consider buying this title if they enjoy a live and fast-paced space assault through the main story. This game requires you to have good reflexes- if you don't its great to learn from the in-game tutorial. The VR Mode featured requires you to be aware of side effects associated with VR Gaming, such as nausea, eye soreness, dizziness, and loss of balance/awareness. DO NOT PLAY IF YOU SUFFER FROM SEIZURES OR FLASHING LIGHTS-DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT-Elderly people must be aware how to play or they'll hurt themselves or break something lol.

Playing the game in VR mode is a wild trip. You're controlling the orbital frame Jehuty! The game and the mecha robot suit will move so fast you'll have to get used to moving around in the game, you must learn how to get used to the speed flying by you. this feels like a Jet and having to look around while also flying everywhere will make you uncomfortable, just drink water and take 15-35 minute breaks, ok?

There is also Vs. mode that is playable locally with more than 1 player, choosing frame-mecha robots you've unlocked to fight against each other.

I recommend this game but it is hard and frustrating and unlocking and finding all secrets is even harder, good luck!

MORE GAMES SHOULD BE LIKE THIS COLLECTION: BUTTERY SMOOTH CONTROLS, MUSIC- PERFECT, OPTIONS IF YOU SUCK, ITS LIKE EVERYTHING IN THIS COLLECTION IS WHAT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED?! AND I WANT MORE!

Edit: It has come to my attention that version 1.0.0 does not come with resolution options lole this has at least one bad thing about it

It's actually a decent game, don't listen to the haters.

Great port, animations run smoother than the PS4 version, mouse support (!) DLC though is expensive, and resolutions don't go past 1440p

Lots of funny moments happened in just the first 15 minutes lol

It's definitely Pay2Win, but doesn't skew the balance towards those who payed for weapons, so you still have a shot at winning.

The graphics remind me of games from the PSX era, with more polish. You won't see EXTREAME DETAIL AND THICK SHADOW RENDERING here!

Lots of appearance customization, and a lot of the in-game items last for a few days or uses. I wore a bikini to a firefight lol

I wouldn't play this competitively, although I've read that actual competitions done in-game has a different set of rules. I would play this with friends and talk trash lol

Also in the options you can change how you hold your weapon (right or left handed), for any lefties! (Though I move the mouse with my right...)
