I am addicted to this game even with it's remaining flaws. It would be unfair for me not to recommend it at this stage as i love playing this game it's the ultimate horde killer on the higher 2 difficulties.

It would still gain from a few easy patches.

1. The disconnects have reduced significantly, However the lag is still horrifying and i believe this is more to do with me being in OZ than game lag. more Oceanic servers would be good if this is the case.

2. low level players are still able to connect to the higher 2 difficulties which instantly causes you to fail those missions.

changing my review to recommended.

Original review below.

Unable to play tonight because of lag and constant disconnects.

Unable to upgrade weapons because the RNG of getting decent ones is way to uncommon. Had 6 ripper guns drop in a row.... to get a good variety of kits is impossible and there isn't a crafting system available yet to deal with it.

I've been playing a lot and love the game but recently it seems to be getting worse. When you get into a lobby on heresy or damnation, your dumped into the middle of a horde fight replacing a bot that has 10% health and an unloaded gun.

For some god forsaken reason the devs thought it would be a good idea to allow characters of any level to be able to get into the any of the difficulties. if you're character isn't lvl 30 you shouldn't even be able to see the top 2. a level 10 in any hard difficulty will ruin your game as they don't have the feats to hold their own or buff the team.

I was hoping this game would be good to play with mates but i can't recommend it in it's current state it's just a complete disappointment. I'll still try to play it if i can get online and not lag to death.

A not to the devs - stop everything else and work on the basic stability of the game. then maybe introduce some of the things it's missing.

I'm in Australia. We were worried we wouldn't be able to play due to servers but there is one in SEA and the ping is fine. We were also afraid it wouldn't be a very polished version of Paragon but i can tell you we have enjoyed our first few games the same as the original. A little slower paced than the final Epic version but still a lot of fun. I would have loved to see the original map but can understand why they chose a version of the newer map as it does help with pacing.
Also all the people complaining about no refunds there have been cases of people refunding the base game and the bundle gets returned as well. Also it's $10 for the rare bundle. If you don't think this game is worth $10 then the community probably doesn't want you here.

One of my favourite games of all time. Without a doubt.

Great potential. It's basically Squad during WW2. I'm looking forward to playing it with more content as in it's current state it's a little buggy and needs some work but still very enjoyable. There doesn't seem to be any points for reviving or healing team members as medic....only attacking and defensive points as well as combat points.
