The game tries too much to be like it's predecessor. Problem is - in current state it fails. The writing is much worse than it was in Sunless Sea, the concept of flying locomotive is rather not very immersive , the music is bland in comparision to the one we heard in Sunless Sea. And my biggest objection: it's hard to recognise what is background and what is not.

For now I'm dissapointed.

Stellaris is the game with almost unlimited replayability (not a bull*** one with random quests). Also PDX is supporting the game 2 years after the release and they can even rework the ENTIRE game mechanic to make it better.

Show me the other studio like this one.
