Almost a Souls-Like, there is even New Game+.

Game isn't supper deep, but has huge breadth. There is lots and lots of content, unique quests, unique items, new and interesting things to do, and an amazingly designed world to explore. Not really a complex story or game in general, but lots of new and interesting stuff to keep you busy.

Gear crafting is lossless except for a few renewable resources. You can move your mods and gear pieces around between weapons easily and it makes customizing your build supper fun.

Combat is a little combo-y, but if you find the two combos you like, you can just alternate them and it's nice and low maintenance.

Once you join a tribe, and then fully defeat another tribe, you are stuck with that first tribe forever. You need to chose a starting tribe, defeat once outpost of the rival tribe, then find the home-base of the tribe you actually want to join.

High damage single hit weapons are strong when combined with crits.

Abilities feel a little week in terms of damage, but have amazing utility and are very fun to integrate into your combat flow.

Has good 3d platforming.

Excellently furry.

Haven't found a level cap yet, and i'm at 35.

Bio-resist is best early for farming bio-points in bio-zones.

In character creation, body shape is linked directly to stat choices, but face is not. Every time you use the "randomize genome" button, it assigns a random face to a random location on the stat map. Just re-role your genome until you get the face you want on the stats you want.

Buy a mount early, they are cheap and speed up traversal a lot.

Haven't found a way to reallocate perk points or psi-points or bio-points yet, so I recommend starting a few different characters until you find the stuff you like, then level that character up lots.

Each starting class has a unique perk list they get access too, but many of those perks show up in other classes too, it's just that specific list that is linked to that class.

This game badly needs mod support.

This game is Dark Souls + Oblivion.

This game plays very similar to Dark Souls, but has an open explorable world like Oblivion.

This game should be played with two people.

The only flaw is that the game is a little short on content, but if you don't use a wiki, the game will keep you going for hours and hours.

It's not very very good so far. I want it to teach me to aim, not just put something up for me to shoot at. I can shoot at random stuff in any shooter game. Shooting at random stuff has no value to me. Being taught to shoot at stuff is why I puchased this, and I don't feel instucted at all.

This "game" claims to be "an ultimate solution for practicing firing accuracy" but practace has nothing to do with it. Someone once said that if you practice something for 10,000 hours, you will master it. What if your practice it WRONG for 10,000 hours? Then your are a master of doing it wrong, and that isn't helpfull.

I wan't instruction, and I don't feel instucted at all. Go do Aim Booster, the free flash game, and you will get more ouf of it than this gives you. Aim Booster has more options and less valuless graphics.

Sorry creators of this "game". I apreciate what you are trying provide, and I thank you for building this, but it isn't what I want, and has no value to me as of yet. I will keep playing to see if that makes it any better, and I will update this if my opinions change.

I wan't something that tells me what I am doing wrong beyond "you missed".

Also, please, anyone, contact me if you think I am wrong. I would love to know what I am doing wrong, and how to get move value from this "game".

This is one of the best games i have ever played. Risk of Rain is a fantastic rogue like, with just enough persistance though unlockable characters that you feel like you are achiving things, while also having lots of fun. Just like any rogue like, it takes time to learn to play well, but its well worth it. Play this game. Please play it.
