First person shooter with bots and pvp. Workshop support and full servers make this a no brainer if you are into VR and first person shooters. Maybe do your homework between this and the other popular shooters, but I have become most comfortable with this one. It is a fantastic experience for a quick session to get your blood pumping. Set up some bots, choose your gun, and be a hero. Or you can go online and get put in your place! This is a great experience that I recommend.

This is the first RTS I've played where I am to scale with the bases I'm building. It is a great experience with fantastic sounds and 'characters' to make this an immersive experience.

I probably spent 4 hours learning and tweaking this game. If you are not interested in installing mods and changing settings in root folders then I'd look elsewhere at the moment. If you don't mind then this game is absolutley incredible.

I was scared to get into it when I started because I could sense how deep this game was. I have experience with Fallout and Fallout 2 but none of the 1st person Fallouts. I'm 18 hours into it and my least favorite part of the game has become my favorite. I was not keen to the idea of colony building when I started but now I'm building a CHA colony fiend and I love it. I have played through one whole controller charge and then some more today. I'm stopping due to exhaustion.

Yes it's not perfect, but there is no game that offers this much depth with quality. Being able to mod it is a HUGE plus.

I got this game for free, disclaimer. Spoke to one of the Dev's on Reddit and noticed a correlation between the gorgeous default team colors of the first match, and he hooked me up.

The game is a lot of fun. It is one of those games I'll turn on my Vive for a quick 15 min session, and walk away with a light sweat and a feeling of accomplishment. Designing your own plays is very satisfying!!


PROS-
-The atmosphere is fun, upbeat, arcade like.
-There is a sense of immersion looking around at your formation before you snap the ball
-Completing a pass feels GREAT
-Designing plays adds replayability
-Dynamic music is on point


Cons-
-Hand offs can be real tricky as the targeted player stops running and looks at the ball when it is in transit, killing their momentum - I got better at it.
-The throwing mechanic isn't perfect, you will throw balls straight into the ground every now and then, but also just as frequently, your receiver will make a boss catch on triple coverage.
-Easy to overthrow with proper throwing form


The difficulty does ramp up quickly, by match three some of your 'go to' plays will not work because their defensive line starts eating your blockers right up.

This isn't a football simulator. I've played so much that my throwing arm was sore and I choose to stop last night. I've rested 6 hours and I'm about to get back in there. Put me in coach!

If you're looking for a QB life simulator, this isn't it. If you're looking for an NFL blitz QB SMASH arcade fun time, then get this game! Take it from the guy who hasn't won a match in Fantasy Football yet this year, this game is a home run!

This game is one of the prettiest titles out right now, and nothing beats the thrill of slaying lifesized robots with your friends. There are times when I lose myself in the game as I slash with my sword and force push a group of robots off a cliff I realize that I have never experienced this type of game before and it is a thrill.

The content is a little lacking at this point, but the experience is so exhilarating that I don't mind all that much.

I also leave the game physically tired which I enjoy, without any nausea.

UPDATE: Almost a year later, I still enjoy this game, but do not visit it as much. If I had a friend that would like to play through it with me, I would in a heart beat. PvP is fun but I struggle to get on during peak hours.

I bought this on sale for 19.99. This has been the single player experience I've been longing for!! I'm a MOBA addict and this game has given be a 3 day break with out question.

The hum drum part of this game is possibly the most fun. Just travelling around killing Orcs never gets old! If it does, choose a mission and they will spice things up!

If you like any of the Arkhman games, or played any of the LotR hack n Slash games and enjoyed them, then this is a no brainer.
