I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this game you get the beast units too fast which would be fine as long as they mixed in a challenge. Which they don't when you have the best suits its either really easy or freakin hard. And it's only difficult on the mission where the bosses are as strong as you, but you both can regenerate, making it a long boring battle of cat and mouse.

Honestly, the story is trying to hard and is not interesting. I get it wars bad, blah blah blah. That's the problem that is the entire story. Also gotta love the mission where the battle frames are "automated" Yeah, sure the main doesn't wanna kill any humans I know LETS MAKE A LEVEL WHERE THEY ARE NO LIVING ENEMY PILOTS!!! Really? You are going to cop out like that? Just make them machines which btw removes the purpose of war because if you are fighting a machine, then you get no loss or gain (for your own people) and furthermore no reason to stop fighting at all. And when there's a robot enemy they act as if he's sacrificed for humans (which he hasn't and no not because he's a robot) and try (and fail) to make you feel bad when you never will and really shouldn't because you just introduced it. Giving us a small backstory means nothing.

I get it's got anime look and feel to it but come on, were all going super powered chicks? We had three male pilots that are all normal(?). And every single female pilot (yes everyone) is a one woman army (I'm not even kidding) I think we have had one normal female pilot ( took on a base by herself in a mid-level suit) and the rest are all newtypes/coordinators/Innovators.

The combat is a bit of fun, and bit realistic. Though I have to agree with the other that locking on is your only hope, to the point where it makes you wonder why even let me aim?

I love this game the maps are awesome and the mods add so much to game (even tho most are just awesome visual mods) . The modders make the coolest things. The workshop is messsed up of course (people tag with everything to get more views, you know how it is), but other than that it rocks!

I love this game it's always differnt each play though. It's often hard at times to find the right ores but that just makes you search planets to find what you want. (it can get annoying if you can't find the ore you want but that can be said for all games like this) the villages are pretty cool and the fact that you can add mods so easily are even better. Id give it a 9/10 because it's fun to play but I can see how it can get boring (like all games that are 100% free raom pretty much) I can't wait to see what they will add into the game in the future.

This is one the greateast games I have everplayed and I have played over 250 games. Trust me when I say this the game is worth every penny. Hunterss and Soldier onword to WAR!!
