A fantastic "tree puncher"that oozes the Viking mythos theme. Highly recommended.

An excellent survival crafter in the sci-fi genre. One of my favourites of all time actually. Not too hard and not too easy although all the achievements will take some time to accomplish. The Smuggler achievement in particular requires a very well run and efficient production machine near the end game segment.

It's great to see this old classic trilogy updated for modern machines and bundled into one package at such a great price. A 180 page manual tells you all you need to know about the level of attention to detail herein. Yes, it looks dated but it's still an awesome study sim of all the crew positions and what they do in combat. Lots of campaigns with dozens of missions and a mission editor to boot. The fact that it's based on one of my favourite techno thrillers from back in the day, Flight of the Old Dog (Dale Brown), is gravy for the goose.

A simple yet fun game you can play for a couple of minutes a few times a day.

Takes me back to the earlier dungeon crawls but done with modern technologies and well presented. Good fun but with some frustrating movement sequences and puzzles.

An excellent remake of the original XCom: UFO Defence. Not too much different from Xenonauts 1 but the U.I. and graphics got a nice overhaul. We still have some ways to go in the EA process so I expect there will be some more goodies in store before we are done. Two probes way up. :)

Service guarantees citizenship... IF you survive. VERY immersive, fast and furious game pace. A frantic mixture of clearing an area of bugs (many varieties), building resource engines, building bases, and setting up your defence. Bug infestation levels increases with every phase until an all out assault at the end after a quick build the defence base sequence. Then, fight your way to the extraction zone after the base falls (it will 🙂 ). Good fun and well worth the current price. Still has a long way to go for more varied content but it's fine for now with 2 modes of play (3rd to follow soon) and very playable. Do you want to more more? Well then, PLAY. :)

Update: An un-optimised mess ATM. Used to be very playable on medium graphics settings and now virtually unplayable on the lowest settings. I'll come back when this is fixed.

Excellent survival crafting game and it does its predecessor justice. It's similar to Valheim, but without all the Vikings. :)

Well, it's pretty bare bones ATM but I have faith that the money invested will have high dividends in the end. It looks gorgeous, runs smoothly on my my less than optimum (but still high end) machine, and allows me to play in the sandbox without getting too much grit in my undies. I really do miss the re-entry burn though. That has to come soon right? :)

After playing a few hours, I'll come back in a year or so. It's not really ready for prime time yet.

A superb space program manager game much like Kerbal Space Program but simpler and more approachable. Well worth the asking price. Good tutorials and interface.
