I am so happy to see everyone but unfortunately TG is no longer with us. But I guess we have to live and let go sometimes and I hope to find a new niche to fit in. Speaking of which, I was watching gameplay from the European TF2 League and realized that I might want to try competitive TF2. Maybe I could part-take in one of these competitions. The problem is, I don't know what class to specialize in. Here are my stats for playtime, most points, and avg. Points. I excluded Pyro because of the DB games I've played.

As you can see above, I have clocked in the most amount of time in as Medic. Medic ranked pretty high on all three categories, despite all the outliers. Most of the extraordinarily high numbers might because of the VSH Servers I play. Engineer has the most average kills obviously. Fact is, if you play Engineer, you WILL get kills. Unless you're always using the mini-sentry in which you're just an idiot. Here, I'll rule out classes I know I'll NOT specialize in:

Pyro
I don't understand the tactics of playing Pyro. I know it's an ambush class, but I always fail to learn the Degreaser/Axtinguisher combination. Besides, I don't want to get my Napper dirty c:

Spy
First reason: Least time played and second least average points. I've only done well with Spy on offline training on easy mode where ANYONE Spy well. Second reason is, I can't help backstabbing people even when choosing priority targets. There might be an unguarded Level 3 sentry nearby which I could easily sap, but there's also a Heavy nearby that's holding perfectly still for me to stab. Me being to psychopath that I am, will choose to stab the heavy over the unguarded sentry.

Sniper
I used to own with Sniper. I was that Sniper on 2Fort that did nothing to help out the team. I was foolish then. Now I use the Sydney Sleeper and Huntsman. Some people might consider the Sydney Sleeper as a noob weapon because it doesn't headshot. Well they are the people who think that getting the most points on 2Fort as Sniper means they are the best. I wish these people would PIPE DOWN. The Sydney Sleeper is isn't MEANT to kill the enemy. It just so happens that it's a sniper rifle that CAN kill the enemy. The purpose of the Sydney Sleeper is to assist your team from afar. If you have a Scout attacking your team's Heavy and he is having a tough time killing the Scout. Dousing that sucker in Jarate can assist your Heavy and keep him alive. Unlike using the Sniper Rifle where you have to precisely aim to get the headshot, by the time you kill the Scout, your team's Heavy might already be dead and it will be YOUR FAULT.
