My Thoughts : Crying wont help a problem you have. Praying alone will not fix the problem, you need to act and put yourself into the position to fix the problem. Even if that position is difficult or hurts to be in. The easy way isn't always the right way.
Beating something like a computer up because a program wont work wont help the program to start working, though it doesn't mean you cant do boxing or beat something else up (like zombies) to take your mind away from the issue at hand.

Losing one that means a lot to you is tough but hold on to the good memories and things will turn out ok.

When things get to tough for you get tougher. Strong and clear mind will win it all.

Teaching can also be learning. Keep an open mind and see what you find.
