Probably the most enjoyable game I've played that I never heard of prior to the release date. My second souls like experience with the first being Elden Ring, but the first I've not only beaten but 100% completed achievement wise including beating the game on Apocalypse and Hardcore Veteran.

The gameplay loop and honestly just the gameplay itself are what pull me back in even when there's nothing more for me to progress towards (which isn't even true as there are still secrets I find even 200 hrs into the game). I like to see what the game can throw at me with different builds I may try including but not limited to bleed, element, explosives, melee, summons and the different combinations of classes and gear to make them work.

I look forward to what the devs have in store for this game in the future. Even without dlc however the game feels complete which is a rarity these days.

Even now it's still the best in it's genre.
