Getting an event vehicle via missionpoints is possible.. but getting a voucher to make it tradeable is nearly impossible if you have a life

Can any1 help me?...

If i start the game it says i have to install c++ 2015 Runtime. I downloaded it but when i now start the game
it gives me the same error but opens (UE4 Prerequisites Setup) but only gives me the option to deinstall it again... what the hell

I don't know why but it takes me over 3-4 mins to load a map... at the beginning it works perfect but aftetr 2-3 matches that ♥♥♥♥ starts over and over again and i always die before i even joined the game! -.-
