That ending really hit it on the nose...

It's short and good. If you want something that'll hook you go for this!

£50 for anime skins?! This isn't cod and its cheaper there.....

I played 9 mins and within that time I got ran over by a train.... best game of 2023!

First Impression: If you play this game seriously you'll need therapy I'm afraid even if your good. As there's super fun updates every time you start to think this game is any good! But wait! Why not also have to update after the game has started!? Because that's not annoying asf! Welcome to THE call of duty review where they still haven't learnt fa!!!

In Short Campaign was quite good but felt like a filler excluding the ending as that was pretty good and also one or 2 other missions.

Coop SUCKS so much that barely anyone plays it

Multiplayer is ok: less jump shotting idiots, Perks are a mess, Killstreaks are quite good, mixture of good and bad maps, guns are VERY hit and miss

Runs ok on pc no screen tear, might want to bump up the graphics as the maps can act weird without it. Updates are still BAD as you'll need to run the game to install further texture updates

So this will focus more on multiplayer here. It's quite good but like I was saying before it has major issues which are UAVs.
As soon as an enemy UAV goes up you'll get rushed by every idiot on the planet. Can't even counter with ghost as there's a stupid timer for your perks to work. It does reduce camping but can limit what you can do especially if you have dumb teammates.

That bring me onto the next point. Weird asf team balancing?! Yes it can be that boring "sbm" or.... Lobbies where either you're destroying players that clearly suck or your stuck with them. There's no hope if your stuck with them as you can be amazing but if your teammates can't handle the other team your on your own all the time.

Summary play for the campaign and don't expect much from the multiplayer

mw3 campaign is good but its mostly warzone map with running away from fart clouds

So got this as an xmas gift and I got to say what a great game!

This game is much more narrative focused and there isn't a difficulty curve or any challenge. It's designed to be laid back but does go into some serious topics.

Here's some Pro's and Con's to help make up your mind...

Pro's

- Unique story and 2 endings
- Lots of interesting conversations
- Great art style
- I personally found the good ending meaningful and wholesome IF you talked to all the characters
- Achievements are easy to 100% and count for steam's completed games!
- Also has decent point shop items and trading cards to boot!
- Petting the animals is a must! xD
- Always cheap and regularly on sale!

Con's

- Some people may find it too short. I got 100% in about 2.5 hours
- The bad ending wasn't really bad. I was hoping for more but it was amusing.

Summary

This game is aimed to answer those questions you wondered about death. It's an interesting interpretation and weirdly reminded me of Jeff Goldblum and that series called The World According to Jeff Goldblum. Go watch that episode about COFFEE after you beat this game! It'll make you feel great and adds on to what this game tries to get across here!!

Overall I enjoyed this game and I think it'll be one of those games a lot of people will remember and sets an example of how short games can be done.

Buy this game if you have good taste and want to relax. I'll add more as I play so....

Pro's
- Immersive story
- Free demo so no stupid reviews as you didn't know what you were paying for etc
- Cheap price
- Great artstyle in more ways than 1!
- You get to paint?!
- Anime cats (nya)
- Decent anime artstyle just like Forgotton Anne!
- Easy steam achievements and to 100%
- Relaxing

Cons
- You can't move
- No body so when you look down for example you can't see your legs
- Maybe too slow for some
- Puzzles may be difficult for some
- Only take around 2 hours to finish the game and the plot felt like they could of added way more

So far I'm liking it and it's getting serious! (about 45 mins in...)

After I finished it I wanted more story but short and simple works well here.

This feels like it wasn't designed for controllers on pc. It's either keyboard and mouse or go on xbox. This isn't the main reason why I wouldn't recommend it for me its the pvp maps. It felt lazy and boring and the first match I played it crashed. This is just my first impressions on a BETA but still...

On the plus side going for achievements was fun and some fairly good customisation.... behind a paywall....... great....... Don't worry they're super "fun" season passes! We love them said no one ever... or the idiotic child that doesn't know any better. xD

I won't give up on this yet. I'll see how the full release is and probably try the campaign as well.

I'll probably add more to this later the pro's and con's really come down to can you wait for the insanely long updates? Or do you want to come back to a game that could delete all your stuff if you haven't played it for a long time and wanted to be more "secure"..... O.o Word of advice note your login details as you'll need them!

- Updated with lots of characters
- Complex customisation
- Can make Steam Badges
- Decent combat system for each character it tries

Con's

- Longer updates than COD
- The game is go A to B
- Microtransactions! No surprises here
- Overly secure

So first Impressions quite mixed. I recently got 100% on coffee talk (the true ending was worth it!!) and decided to try this.

Pro's
- Very good soundtrack
- Decent characters
- felt like actually working at a bar
- customers are forgiving so if you mess up you can just try again
- Potentially good story?

Con's
- Lack of controller support
- No explanations on controls?
- Save system only at certain points
- Confusing to understand the interface

This game definitely lives up to being weird but in a good way? NO....

So I made a video and I figure ok lets carry on! Within 5 mins of playing it discards all meaningful story and turns into this dumb and idiotic. I can't believe how quickly it went from being potentially a good game to this. What a waste.

In fairness it is free and made it clear what it is. It's also got achievements and almost good manga parts. So if you want a silly game this may be for you. I personally got bored within 30 mins.
