I played the story on my steam deck and It was a joy! The story was very intriguing many surprised turn of events!, my only gripe is the "new game+" mode, I didn't know I should have saved a save point before a certain point in the story. The combat left me feeling wanted more in depth strategy, after the first few chapters there was no reason to be careful and also playing on lower difficulty changed nothing sadly.

Overall it was a great digimon game with a very dark dredge which I enjoyed.

The game was fun learning the loop and different character play styles, but at the core its kill or be killed gather "shiny" rinse and repeat. great inital appeal but it starts to decay, great game for some but its not for me.

Wonky controls but plays like a ps2 action game, it has a very unique charm. Enjoyed gameplay overall, voice acting was very flat but I was fine with it.

I played the "story" with no guide, no outside influence and once I finished the final fight I was left more confused than playing the original game. The only saving grace for the game was having mods that helped spice up many aspect of the dull world this game offered. Not worth full price, even half price I would feel cheated. The combat was fun the first few hours, but became a rinse and repeat of the same monsters.

My love and appreciation for JPRG were revived with this game!

I have known and played the Gatcha RPG so I knew of the main game series and was so exited by the initial trailer and to finally see the end results were well worth the wait! I am thankful that development changed from Platinum games because I am not a fan of learning complicated combos but now the gameplay is accessible to more people (in my opinion.)

Everything from the game play to the art style to voice acting is executed very well! I highly recommend this game to old and new players! No prior knowledge to the series is needed!

This was my first real digimon game, and There was a steep learning curve, but once I learned that the digimon fight on their terms and the game is very grindy but once I added some mods and trainers I was able to speed past the grinding and enjoy the story. I played on Steam Deck and PC with no problems.

I Followed the game announcement to fruition and I am very glad I played and enjoyed this game, there were a few fights that really annoyed me near the end, but that did not ruin the complete experience! The game play,the music, the aesthetics all set the state for a wonderous play! (The king of Riddles rubbed off on me).

I played through the game via steam deck and desktop not graphical glitches no bugs were experienced during my play-through, I look forward to more from the developers!

I am not a DnD player but the game play, voice acting is top tier! highly recommend, intuitive controls for keyboard and controllers!

Stop playing those childish shooters and get into the Battle bit! Gun-play is solid, you shoot you kill you die solid game-play fast matches.
