Felt like a small mod for South America thats underproduction so 15€ is kinda steep price for a "full DLC".

There are some good stuff
+ Some of the focus paths are kinda cool, where you can effect the outcome of the global world stage.
+ Also nice to focus on South America due to it kinda get forgotten in 90% of all normal games, even tho this did't really change anything in a game.

Now why its a No for me... After reading the Patch note were they tried to justify themselves it just left a bad taste in my mouth, they did't really get why its a 30% negative rating and did not addres the reason why, so I hope my languish is not rude so they don't just clump me in to that "group".

There are alot of bad, and most of them is just everything feels like a rip off from a mod called: Unión y Libertad, so to add focus trees to Brazil, Argentina and Chile, and smaller ones to Paraguay and Uruguay, where they share a big part of it (ecco) is just sad.
Felt like they got rushed to a deadline and just made shortcuts, if you gonna do South America do all of it or focus all in on the countries you pick, when it is 3 big + 2 smaller focus trees thats not to much to ask.

And if there were any change to the overall gameplay like a new mechanic ect. then i could overlook the lackluster focustrees, but its even skipped alot of mechanics that was used in the last 3 DLC's countries for the 5 they picked and this is just a "Focus tree update" nothing more, so any modder can make this and do, but far better.

I would say if you planning on buying this, YOU CAN SKIP THIS ONE and if you wanna play any of the countries this DLC change get a mod.
