this was released in 2015...why is it still early access?

i really enjoy the day to night transitions. its early access but it is getting their.

just got back into this game and it really is alot of fun. i love the thunderstorms at night while racing. no it is not a sim, its just good clean fun. works great with my tspc wheel and fanatec v3 pedals. i did have to crank up the force feedback though. and my next level racing hf8 seat pad works good to add to the immersion.

This game looks great. yes its full of bugs. yes it needs work. when it works , its alot of fun. we just need more bugs fixed fast. like spotter and cautions... although not having cautions is fun too. i dont like the game starting on track at speed. wish it would let us drive off pit road onto the track each session.THE PATCH 1.2 REALLY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. THIS GAME IS STILL A MESS.

spent 5.5 hours trying to get fanatec pedals to work properly. no luck and now cannot get refund.worthless junk. do not buy. still no support for fanatec v3 pedals. worked great in all other dirt games but dirt 5 only recognized brake pedal as gas pedal. what a joke codemasters has become. it states that it has full controller support but has many many problems with controls. UPDATE 10-1-21 . THIS LATEST UPDATE FIXED THE FANATEC PEDAL ISSUE NOW THE GAME WORKS GREAT.

the absolute best vr racing i have ever seen. using hp reverb vr headset and it looks amazing.

looks amazing and runs great on my i7 with gtx980ti.. and my fanatec wheel and version3 pedals and thrustmaster th8a shifter work great.... cant wait for project cars2 to release,
