This game brings back so much memories. No doubt one of the most nostalgic RPG games with an excellent storyline.

One of the best turn based strategy games out there. BE and Civ6 are a lot worse than 5 imo. And it is quite evident simply by looking at how many players are playing on steam charts.

So if you haven't tried any of the above. Just go for Civ5. BE and Civ6 is a waste of money.

One of the best if not the best turn based strategy game with an alien theme out there. The graphic is stunning compare to XCOM 1. The level of customization on soldiers is lovely and much appreciated. Solid narrative and storyline. Also made a number of improvements based upon XCOM 1.

Probably could have done a bit more on class balance. Still a worthy sequel and all around fantastic game. Must buy if you like turn based strategy games.

I had a ton of fun playing this game. The drug industry theme is very unique and refreshing. The ability to mix and match in order to create drugs with different cure and side effects gives this game a lot of depth. Some side effects are also quite amusing. Careful planning is required on how you progress through the tech tree depending on what ingredients you found and what drugs you want to make. The AI competition on drugs can be extremely fierce at times.

Cannot speak much for the DLC as I have not played much of it but the base game is definitely worth buying if you are in to tycoon games.

The one thing that I dislike is that the map you get (i.e. the amount of space to work with) is very random. I personally would like the dev to give players the ability to alter the map a little bit more.
