This game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun

One of the best games I've ever played. Probably one of the best games ever. It has the bones of an excellent turn based strategy game, with some of the best role playing ever. Also a stealth fantasy dating sim. The turn based is not for everyone, but at the very least everyone should try it. 10/10

The game doesn't feel done in many ways and they're slow rolling the cosmetic store and currencies in an effort to not arouse too much suspicion (seemingly.) Game is fun, but rough around the edges and doesn't seem done. Maybe focus on having stat trackers and more loadouts for my armies before you start selling me cosmetics. Undoubtedly army loadouts will be in the store, but I haven't seen anything to that effect yet. Matter of time. Can't recommend it yet.

Game is great in and of itself. Has some performance issues but on my mid level 1440p rig, I haven't had any problems yet. There is a lot of controversy over items (not cosmetic or anything) being twitch drops, but fortunately the dev is responding and will patch them in middle of May, which is exactly what communities want from game devs. Likely by the time you're reading this, it is not an issue anymore.

Other than these two issues, it is a really solid xcom 40k. Xcom is great, so I feel it is high praise. If you're a 40k fan this is an instabuy.

This was a really good game for the price. At 39.99 that is a bit steep for what you get, but at 3.99 the game is positively a steal.
