It wasn't that bad. It could use a QOL update. I'd like to have seen a pause screen. I'd also like to be able to use weapons for more than one hit. The biggest "pro" to this game is the destruction of racial barriers. The black character is very strong but can't jump as high as the white character. To me, this game is a great reflection of western society. It's very expensive to play and by the time you're done it feels like you just started. The weapons break in 1 hit which parallels modern devices that we commonly use like cell phones and egg beaters and all the enemies are generic white people with generic sounding names. Which absolutely reflects the systemic racism found within our society. Perhaps the greatest aspect of this game is the subtext to it. As mentioned before, the black character is more powerful which expresses to us that black voices are the strongest voices against systemic oppression. Meanwhile, the white character jumps higher which is an analogy for white voices being valued more in society, even when it comes to black issues. But his strength is less than which displays that not only are black voices more necessary to combat oppressive systems, but also white people are inferior.
