Great game, similar to starcraft, decent story and it's very well balanced. Definetly a buy whenever it goes on sale.

Greatest game ever made. I still go back and play it from time to time after all the hours i've put into it.

Awesome game, I throughly enjoy it, however I do have some complaints...


Pros
Fun game, way better than most of the board games out there and its easy to learn hard to master.
Anyone can play.
Great visuals, great balanced game with multiple win conditions.

Cons
You have to purchase a copy for everyone who wants to play... a board game... Horrible marketing tactic, if thats the case lower the price to 5$ a copy so 4 people can actually play.

No Fast Forward for AI. I Don't necessarily want to wait as a computer moves.

Then my biggest pet peve... My saves were erased. I put 11 hours into this game and lost all the progress.


This is a great game to get when its on sale, however at the current price I'd hold off.

The Notice below is inaccurate, this game does not require a controller. You use the wasd in conjunction with L R Up Dwn and space bar and ctrl buttons and it works just fine. The graphics are amazing, and the story and scenery are just awesome. There is some fake fable language but for the most part the little communication is verbalized through actions.

IF YOU PURCHASE THIS GAME PLEASE FINISH IT!!! The ending is a must see.

The cartoon-y style doesn’t appeal to everyone, but the puzzles are unique, and it has an amazing story. It has no upgrades, no shops or stores or any customization, a very train rail type game (which is not something I like, but it really fits this game). Most definitely one of the most emotional games I've ever played; I'd even compare it to The Last of Us (this is second of course by a great deal but the fact that for 14.99 it's worth it). It's also out on XBox from what I've seen.

Its "ok". I feel that this would be a great game to buy while its on sale and play with some friends.

There is no "level up during gameplay" you don't increase attack speed agility or health by leveling up through each stage kinda a bummer.
The warriors seem at an unbalanced disadvantage since they are always up close in the fight and constantly draining health, and when you die, your gold is up for grabs by the other players. Ranged characters can kite from a distance without too much trouble. The customization is minimal at best, yes you can buy a total of maby 20 items right now per character. These characters arn't as dark as the previous gauntlet, and I was hoping for simply a darker game. I'm playing it on hard and it is certainly that and not a bad game but unless your playing with people you know I think Diablo 3 would be a better investment.
And whats this you have to "purchase" the necromancer? Eh.. I kinda feel like all the characters in this game should be unlockable. Not sure if the edge of having a necro is worth it even on sale.

This is an awesome game, I play it regularly as it does get very addicting. I liked it so much I bought it for my girlfriend as well however I am able to log on and everything works just fine but when she gets on it gets stuck with a message that says "oops error, you should contact the developers about this message." and now instead of getting that message It's just stuck on a loading- infastructure screen. The computers running intel 7 with plenty of memory and ram as I just recently did a system wipe I don't know what the issue is.

another ubisoft game another hour troubleshooting before you can play it. A UBISOFT SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT YOU CAN TRY AGAIN LATER OR SWITCH TO OFFLINE MODE. The problem as aways is that the game requires UPLAY to be played. Uplay never fails to not work. tried uninstalling and re installing AGAIN waisting another portion of my life on they're horrible products. -_- I'm sure the gameplay is fun but idk if I'll get to play before my patience runs out. sad really 3$ sale and im still contemplating a refund.

Once again issues with downloads from steam. Found a fix thanks to a helpful youtuber that shows step by step instructions to get the game to launch. I'll post the link here shortly for those that need it in the future. Gameplay was good so far but I think it may not be my style will update further.

For once no issues with download or playing. Good gameplay and progression reminds me of GAUNTLET DARK LEGACIES I wish It would save my controller settings though.

'Uplay launcher has stopped working' waste of my time. Cannot even get game to launch due to Uplay heard watchdogs is going thru the same thing due to the partner sites. Kinda making me regret buying steam games since there seems to be a consistancy of getting them to launch properly. Try to play one game and you need to be registered on multiple sites just gets old.
