I am just here to tell to the innocent people that, this game is I played with the first version of the game also (KOH1), and it is just like that, with modern UI and graphics, and some improvements.

• This game is not: Crusader Kings, where the graphics is not that user friendly yellowish colored, and where there is no chance to controll your army in the war (not an RTS). KOH2 is more interactive.
  
• This game is not: Total War: Rome 2 (TWR2), where the UI is also not that engaging with that black background color theme. However in KOH2 the RTS battles are not that detailed as in TWR2. Don't forget the fact KOH and TW developers are knowing each other, and they split to 2 companies, that's the reason why they can create so similar games.

It is really a matter of taste which you will like more, to me it is definitely Knights of Honor II.

I am a really suspicious person, and I think the biggest competitors are just paid here for some of the bad reviews.
I think every KOH fan who enjoyed playing with the game, shall express why we did, and supporting the developers by writing a positive review, since they just formed that new company to create a game what we can enjoy, and they can be proud of. I can assure them: they have done a great job, and they can be really proud of this game!
