fairly similar to Stardew Valley but has far, far more content and complex systems hiding under the surface. theres over 40 different things to level up that all contribute to your characters hp/stamina (rp) and other stats, a very indepth crafting system with tier bonuses depending on the total level of items you have fused together with a weapon or armor. any monster can also be tamed and used as a battle companion and aparently it will receive the stat bonus of any item you give to it daily besides growing more friendly, other creatures are better suited for their daily item production to help you with crafting again like eggs or milk.

theres a big main story quest and each character has smaller event/quests related to them, you can marry one of many characters and even have a child.

the farming system is fairly complex too with many things like soil quality or soil hp to take into consideration, at some point you can even grow swords or entire dungeons from your field.
but theres also plenty of regular dungeons to complete and areas to explore

i tried it before but never got much further than the first 3 or so days before quitting, but im happy i returned to it and now consider it one of the better games ive ever played

cute game similar to animal crossing but way less boring due to day/night cycle not being tied to real life clock, but more like stardew valley's time progression. i love how cozy you can make your town look

once again getting to experience this, this time in 4k and it looks fantastic. having lots of fun making my way trough the beautiful landscapes and chilling with BB. having the feeling im constantly progressing as i build my roads and structures all by myself with Shared Structures set to OFF, which is imo the most fun way to experience the game

the most beautiful game ive ever seen
but also the most boring combat ive ever had to experience, being able to move mountains at one point and then not being able to stagger or break trough an enemy's shield with my axe the next just feels very unsatisfying. i feel incredibly slow and constricted by my movement, especially so after playing games like elden ring, blood borne or nioh. nothing i do feels skill based, instead its all level, if a enemy is 2 or 3+ levels higher it just feels tedious, if its the same level its too easy.

playing this right after Elden Ring and had a blast with it, even more so than i did with Elden Ring. graphically it looks better and its better paced as well for me, the dlc are also very challenging but fun. its the first in the souls series i felt like getting all the achievements

fun early gameplay, some of the worst mid-lategame content ive ever seen in a fromsoftware game.
endless re-using of bosses and enemies, boring music, useless crafting system most people seem to just ignore, yet u get rewarded with trash crafting items for exploring all over the world and looting corpses, which are easier found elsewhere in the wild, stuttering fps issues, crashes and disconnects during coop, terrible rune arc system that forces u into coop unless u want to grind rats for hours... poorly balanced pvp locking people into a hand full of builds and the list goes on..

i tried writing a proper review before but switching from positive to negative review wiped all my text. this is one of those games where i would give it a neutral rating but cant, but all the frustration just makes me go for negative, the longer i play it the worse it gets

simple but very addicting game with lovely pixelart.
very satisfying to clear whole screens of enemies while finding powerups that have synergy with each other, can easily see this have similar potential to binding of isaac

game's alright now but the dlcs are a confusing misleading mess and there's still plenty of unfixed bugs. the core gameplay and modding community makes it worth it at least

tried so many times to get into this, i just cannot stand the combat and constant need to loot containers. im sure the story is good but tbh i rather watch this as a movie.
