This is simply the perfect game for me. So many ways to play and reach the end goal, so many mods if it's not complicated enough for you. :o) Make a spaghetti mess and fine tune it for JIT manufacture, or go über-organised and create specialised factory sections... it's all up to you. Tune the aggression of the fauna to your tastes (it's their planet, right? Or is it just a game?)
I've yet to find another factory game that holds a candle to it: it really is the gold standard. Excellent community support for learning is the icing on the cake.
If you like factory games and don't have Factorio yet, then just get it.
