Curse of the Moon is the perfect love letter to Castlevania 3 and impresses when compared next to the classics.
It is certainly a must buy for any fan of the Castlevania series!

It improves a lot on the 3rd CV game by letting you switch between any character on the fly. This allows you to approach situations in whichever way you want and try out new strategies whenever you want.

The controls capture the feel of older titles where the jumps are commited with no air control.

The music is wonderful and captures what makes past Castlevania soundtracks so catchy and enjoyable. That being said it also has its own unique sound which is great in its own right.

It's a tad short but does have other modes and good replayability. (Including two harder playthroughs you can attempt) I would have loved to see branching paths with different stages but they went for a more streamlined design. Not even counting the extra modes I firmly believe it is worth the $10 to experience!

All of this goes to show you that even Castlevanias NES-Era formula still works and Konami are fools for throwing their IP to the dogs. Slot machines... Bah! What a disgrace.

(I recieved this game as a bonus for kickstarting Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night but I have bought it on other platforms.)

Reeks of a bad PC port (though I wasn't expecting much) I played the game originally on PS2 and enjoyed it back when it came out... but it's on my PC. There's no option for a resolution that fits my display without looking stretched (I have a 1920 x 1080 monitor) and when I got into the actual gameplay, my camera was stuck looking at the ceiling and couldn't be adjusted at all. (I was using a wired Xbox 360 controller) I kinda just gave up after that... hence the .2 hrs on record. So in short I recommend the game, however I cannot recommend the port. Uninstalled it for now, don't feel like fighting against a game to get it to work.

REDGrim here and all I have to say is "Hell yes!" Well, actually maybe a little bit more than that...

I love Blockland! I started playing back when it was in it's earliest stages around 2004 (Know as "Vanilla Blockland") You can build blocks with all of your friends online and do/make anything you want. The system for building is very comprehensive and efficient once you learn the controls. There's fun stuff like weapons and vehicles for all your death match needs. You can also code the blocks to do different things, like trigger stuff, move, emit particles or lights etc. Lots of options, little to no limitations. It's really amazing! Definitely a game worth your money! 10/10 I highly recommend.
