Dear DayZ,

I bought you after watching RunningManZ on Twitch (good lad that guy). At first you made it hard, but that's ok I'm into that type of thing. Then you had me looking forward to a gaming session even after being killed numerous times and dying many differing ways, e.g., thirst, hunger, Zs, etc.

However after about 30hrs or so, you started to randomly crash & hang. At first I thought it to be a one off, just a new computer thing, but alas no, you kept crashing and hanging on me time and time again. I tried all the fixes to keep you happy, drivers updates, clean install of windows (complete wipe multiple times), fresh install of the game, all the usual & some unusual things, but yet our issue remained.

Then I thought it was me and my setup, but I now think its you. As other games (naughty me) on my PC do not have the issues you do. BTW its not our PC as I've stress tested her and checked the diagnostics which have all come back clean/OK (RTX4090, 13900K, 64GB DDR5, 1200W PSU, etc.).

So thanks DayZ for this one last struggle and for the 44hrs of tough gaming, but I don't have anymore time or energy to invest in trying to fix you and can't play you anymore given these frequent and troubling crashes.

So let's end it here and leave it at that.
