Not recommending nor dis-recommending the game.
Bought it for the DX12 benchmark.

After playing a few rounds... Here's who this game is for:
- You like RTS games in general.
- You like cool graphics and great sound in your games.
- You are excited to play an RTS with large scale.
- You like RTS games with a bit faster pace than say SupCom FA.

Who this game is NOT for:
- You're a die hard SupCom fan.
- You really like games that can take a long time.
- You like a lot of diversity in your units.

In the end, wait for a steam sale, and buy the game. It's probably worth Steam sale prices.

Just started playing but it has really raised the bar of game quality.

Only buy this game if you want to happily say goodbye to hours and hours of your life.

Was hesitant to buy this early release. Figured I'd wait till it went on sale since I have KF1.

Friend bought it for me... OMG AMAZING! SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT IMMEDIATELY! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

For now, I'm not recommending because I found some bugs immediatley when playing.
I followed the tutorial and I got stuck in the shipyard and couldn't exit after spending a good amount of time customizing a ship. Also, there were way to many cases where I was in the tutorial but I could not access the menu via [ESC] key to exit.

Seems a bit rushed. I Really loved SD1 because conceptually it did a lot of things right.
I see that SD2 has streamlined some things and made improvements, but maybe too much in some cases.
I couldn't figure out how to build scout ships and automatically scout. It seemed like a step in the wrong direction. :(

As beautiful and well produced as this game is. I found it to be not fun. It felt like a chore and ultimalty left me unsatisfied. Winning on normal mode felt impossible and the one time I won it was basically cheating.

Civ5 players who love the genre will likely LOVE this game.
For me, it made me dislike the genre more.
