Unfinished game, lots of bugs and bad AI. Shouldn't have gone public yet, another case of "hey, let's sell an unfinished, broken product and have our customer test it for us at zero cost!" But because the concept is really good, I'll return in a few months to see if the devs have made something that doesn't cause frequent outbursts of anger out of it.

Simply brillant.

Sadly unplayable for me. Freezes and crashes every 10 minutes or so.

I'm divided on this game. The North African campaign is pretty cool, the turnbased map on the other hand is boring as hell. I'd rather just play the hand-made missions of the Italy campaign instead of being forced to play skirmishes against an AI opponent that constantly sends single squads to all flags on the map so fast that you can hardly keep up with clicking (if I want that, I'll play Command and Conquer or something). Everything done on the turn-based map itself (attacking positions without any possibility to fight on the real-time map) is completely superfluous. Also, many of the missions have very short timers that, again, give the game a "who clicks faster"-type C&C character, which is exactly the opposite of the slow, systematic micro-management approach that makes this franchise so cool in single player mode.

Back after a long break. Can't believe they still haven't fixed the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ glitching underground bugs. This screws up the entire game. Don't know how many hours I've spent searching for lost resource canisters or my rovers underground ... Pathetic work on a genious concept.

The matching system in this game is completely broken. Whenever you are close to researching all planes from one rank, you get mixed in with people flying completely superior aircraft and your progress becomes inacceptably slow, regardless of how good you are flying. Of course the reason behind it is clear: Gaijin wants you to pay to lose your nerve and pay to win ...

Started as an unplayable piece of trash, then worked for a while with my HOTAS. Performance was abominable (not due to my hardware) until they fixed that with an update, so I got to play for real for a couple of days. Then my HOTAS died and I dared thinking I could just buy a Logitech yoke and it would work. Well, since I installed it the sim crashes to desktop after the blackshark.ai splash screen. I've tried every fix I could find online (starting with the yoke unplugged, changing virtual memory file, updating Microsoft Store apps, drivers, BIOS settings, sound input settings, verifying game files and so on and so forth). Nothing helps.

Microsoft and Asobo: Get your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ together you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frauds.

Edit: Just tried a reinstall. Same thing. Now I can't even install the content anymore because I can't reach the install/update screen. Thanks Microsoft for making me waste my money on a useless game and some useless periphery for it.
